Pride Of The Web –

I have been to several of the world-class theme parks in Southern California lately. One thing I found is that you can enter into the world of many favorite animated cartoon characters if you enjoy that sort of thing.

We know where to find Mickey Mouse and all his Disney friends-in Anaheim. If you’d like some good information about planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort, check out the SoCal Vacation Guru. Disney has no-doubt done the most effective job of bringing imaginary characters to life, much to the delight of us all.

Nearby Knott’s  Berry Farm has its own crew of lovable characters with Lucy, Snoopy and the Peanuts team at Camp Snoopy. Charlie Brown, Linus and the others fit  nicely into the personality of Knott’s Berry Farm.

Hit Universal Studios Hollywood and you can find Spiderman, Betty Boop, the Flintstones, Woody Woodpecker and a squadron of other beloved Universal characters that have been at the heart of many television shows and famous movies. The SoCal Vacation Guru has a lot of information to help you visit your favorite Universal Studios characters.

Lastly, we drive up north a ways and stop at Six Flags Magic Mountain. According to the SoCal Vacation Guru, Six Flags is best known for its roller coasters and other thrill rides. It does not take long to figure out that the Looney Tunes people are in charge of public relations.

Porky is there, along with Daffy, Yosemite Sam, Tweety and the others. To provide additional fun for small children, there is an area set aside for them, with a strong emphasis on the characters (not everybody wants to just hit the roller coasters). You won’t have to go too far to find a couple of the Looney Tunes folks here and there in the park.
