The Early Signs and Symptoms of Pregnancy
There are common indications that a woman may experience during the early stages of pregnancy. If you associate with these physical and emotional indications and sense that you are pregnant, it is critical to corroborate with a doctor and begin with the prenatal care at once.
Apparently, missing your monthly period is one of the indications that you are pregnant. Actually, you may already be pregnant by now. Feverish, weariness, throbbing headaches, bleeding, temper tantrums, nausea, engorged breasts, repeated urination, weird changes in your appetite are other primary signs of pregnancy that occur preceding a missed period and several of these are the same as PMS. If you are around two weeks pregnant, you might go through fatigue, enlarged breasts, throbbing headaches, flu and irritability. In due course, your areolas will darken and swell then the early signs of pregnancy will go away. During the start of pregnancy numerous women may moan about weakness but then become bubbly at the end of pregnancy. Unpredictable moods can be grueling during the first couple of weeks of pregnancy. You can go through the feeling of happiness and despair all at once. This irritability is the same as PMS.
Persistent urination,faintness and throwing up and odd changes in appetite are other primary signs that start when you are a couple of weeks pregnant. All the same at times they occur while you are about a month pregnant. A few days after conception, when the fertilized egg embeds on the endometrium, bleeding may take place.
There are a few women who do not go through a missed period in the first weeks of pregnancy. It is normal or abnormal to get your period during the first couple of weeks of pregnancy. It is abnormal if your period is shortened, if you have spotting and if you have a lighter than normal period. Of course, you should make an appointment with a physician if bleeding takes place during your pregnancy. Contact your doctor of medicine if you have any pregnancy constipation.
Take a pregnancy test without delay if you feel any of these indications cause you may already be expecting a baby. You can purchase both the urine and blood tests at any drugstore. Physicians can execute these tests to determine the level of HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin in your body. Within a few days of conception, a hormone called HCG is released by the budding placenta and starts to reveal in the blood. 7 days after you missed your period, you can take a urine test to determine HCG in your urine. To determine the HCG in your blood 7 days after you ovulate, you should take a blood test which are 99% accurate.
For both you and your baby, it is imperative to start with prenatal care the very instant you learn that you’re pregnant. Take a test as soon as you sense any initial indication. You must take a test if you really have a feeling that you are pregnant. You have to make an appointment with your doctor if the results are positive.
