Remember this, you may believe these cattails are a major issue and you need to eradicate all of them, however take note that cattails serve to prevent erosion, and that’s a very good thing. So try to remember to leave at least a couple of them standing, because every creature (wasps not included) serve a purpose, even though the purpose is not known.
