Doing sit-ups - Everyone’s learned how to do these, but you may need to brush up on it. This is the easiest of belly exercises to do though. Sit-ups don’t need to be done at the gym. With supported legs, lift the top half of your body towards your knees. Doing 10-30 daily in the morning or before bed is a great way. You will be able to get rid of body fat while also becoming stronger.
Push-ups should be tried. A little harder than sit-ups, these are crunches that will not only get rid of the fat of your belly but it will also build the muscles in your arms and upper body. In just a couple months, you’ll see results if you do 10 to 20 of these each day. Everyday is how often you should do these though.
Try biking - Exercise can be fun too. Will burning fat and getting toned legs be nice for you? Then biking wherever you want is a great exercise for you. Your legs will be worked the most if you find some steep inclines. This is more efficient than walking and you can have fun too if you bike around with a friend.
